THE PRESIDENT'S VOLUNTEER SERVICE AWARD
On January 10th, Resources for Healthwelcomed the New Year by celebrating the accomplishments of outstanding youth volunteers who kept track of their hours for the President's Volunteer Service Award. The RFH Roots & Shootsgroup received a group gold award for over 1,000 cumulative hours of volunteer service in 2008. RFH additionally awarded a group bronze award to the Valley Home Educators Teens -n- Tweens group along with five individual bronze awards, two individual silver awards, and five individual gold awards. Many thanks to these young people for making our world a better place!
